1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Hangzhou Fuyuan Technology Co., LTD (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with the mobile application Pinball Tribal Bounce (Bundle ID: pinball.ifuyuan.tech) (the “App”). This policy is intended for users in the territories where the App is offered, including the United States, Canada, and Australia.

2. Information We Collect

The App does not require user accounts and does not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, or other contact details to play.

Information stored locally on your device (first-party):

• Gameplay progress, scores, sessions, and preferences
• In-game currency (coins), upgrades, badges, and local leaderboard data
• Optional local replay recordings and sound/settings preferences

This first-party data stays on your device and is used to provide core gameplay. We do not operate a first-party cloud account system that receives this data from the App. The App does not use Apple Game Center and does not send scores or player names to Apple Game Center or to our own servers.

Information that may be collected by third-party SDKs (advertising):

The App includes an optional, player-initiated rewarded video advertisement powered by Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). When ads are available and consent/configuration allows them, Google may collect or process data such as:

• Device identifiers
• Coarse location
• Product interaction / advertising data
• Crash data, performance data, and other diagnostics

3. How We Use Information

• App functionality: local progress, scoring, upgrades, and settings
• Optional rewarded ads: to offer a three-ball continue after game over when you choose to watch a rewarded video
• Consent and compliance: UMP is used to present required privacy messaging before ads are requested
• Legal obligations: where required by applicable law

Core gameplay remains available if you decline ads or if ads are unavailable.

4. Advertising Policy

By release policy, the App is configured for a mixed family / general audience with protective ad treatment for all users:

• Child-directed treatment and under-age-of-consent treatment enabled
• Maximum ad content rating: G
• Non-personalized ads only
• No ad mediation; no first-party advertising identifier use
• No App Tracking Transparency (ATT) / IDFA request by release policy
• Only one optional rewarded placement; no banner or interstitial ads

Ads are fail-closed: if consent or configuration is unavailable, ads are not requested.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. The App does not share scores with Apple Game Center. Advertising-related data may be processed by Google as a service provider when you interact with the optional rewarded ad. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

6. Data Retention

Local game data remains on your device until you delete the App or clear App data. Third-party ad providers retain data according to their own policies.

7. Your Rights and Choices

• You may decline or skip the optional rewarded ad; gameplay does not require watching ads
• Where UMP presents privacy choices, you can open them from the App’s Settings (Privacy Choices), when available
• You may delete local data by uninstalling the App or clearing App storage in your device settings

8. Children

The App is not designated as a “Made for Kids” product in App Store Connect. It is intended for a mixed family / general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through a first-party account system. Advertising is configured with child-directed and under-age protective settings as described above. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

9. International Availability

The App may be offered in selected territories (including the United States, Canada, and Australia). If you use the App, third-party providers such as Google may process data in accordance with their terms and locations of operation.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes may also be communicated in the App when appropriate.
